Welcome to Ramblers Rest, a gated ALL AGE and PET FRIENDLY community located directly on the Myakka River! If you have been looking for your second home, you have found it! This community does not allow full time residency, and YOU CAN RENT YOUR PLACE OUT (with a 1-month minimum term, as the guest will need to be approved by the park). This is a unique type of ownership - if you were to rent this home out for snowbird season, you could cover your costs for the rest of the year and vacation for free! This home is being sold FULLY FURNISHED and TURNKEY, as seen in the photos! The Florida room is set up as a second bedroom, and the main home has been stunningly renovated, with drywall, wainscoting, and even shiplap! It is incredibly deceiving from the outside; you have to check the inside photos or tour to really appreciate the home! The bathroom is large, with full size toilet and shower / tub!If you have a bunch of guests, there are bathhouses scatted through out the community as well! The lot rent includes all utilities, including electricity and water! This is a great home looking for a new owner; schedule your showing today!
